Controlling processing steps

Production tools are becoming more and more intelligent. Screw systems can automatically monitor torques and angular displacement, for example, cameras identify faults in components or in the assembly sequence and detect the installation of incorrect elements immediately.

You too can benefit from an automated and thus fast and correct tool parameter setting. elution can not only automate measuring and testing tasks but also integrate mechanical procedures such as milling, gluing, labelling, component marking (e.g. by laser, needle labelling), screwing with position, angular displacement detection or torque recording in your manual processes.

The integration of logistic aids such as pick-by-light systems or the timely request for material handling equipment such as automatic guided vehicle systems (AGVS) is also conceivable. Employees can thus concentrate on the core processes in their work, and the results are documented and saved revision-proof by the elution software.
