Project description

The test system has two integrated water basins for testing heating cables and heating mats. The test specimens are manually placed in a loading basket in each basin and contacted at the connection boxes. The unit is then automatically lowered into the water bath and an insulation resistance test and a high-voltage test of the test specimens against the surrounding water are performed. While one side of the system is being tested automatically, the other side can be loaded. The entire test system is controlled via the elution factory software.
